‘Fraud’ sounds different in different languages, but everybody knows its meaning: ‘cheating’. Essayfraud.org interprets ‘fraud’ as ‘cheap papers for innocent students who would pay more for higher quality plagiarism’ (Essayfraud.org’s definition is an interpretation of their ‘press release’:
‘Of course, foreign sites do not reveal these extremely crucial details on their Web sites. In fact, they blatantly lie about their location and qualifications. In contrast, American research companies must charge customers at least $17.00/pg in order to make a modest profit and still pay their qualified, professional, native English-speaking writers in the United States at least $10.00/pg in compensation.’ (qtd. from http://www.eyes2eyes.com/scamdisplay01.cfm?id=115 for details).
So if the company like Essaytown.com claims it employs only native speakers to students’ colleges and universities it can ‘sell new papers individually , so our premium essays and term papers are unique, original, and up-to-date!’ and will charge ‘innocent students’ more for ‘one-of-a-kind, original essay, term paper, book report, or research paper that is based on the exact specifications YOU provide.’ (qtd. from http://www.essaytown.com )
Other websites ‘verified’ by Essayfraud.org will charge ‘at least 17.00$/pg’ for ‘philosophy paper will be delivered to you (via the internet) in less than 5 minutes! ‘(qtd. from http://www.philosophy-papers.com )
The idea of Essayfraud.org verification of such selling essays companies as Essaytown.com., Philosophy-papers.com, Cheaptermpapers.com, Thepaperexperts.com and many others who would charge more for selling papers made by ‘qualified and professional native speakers’ has led me to Essayfraud.com’s verification policy which is ‘don’t cheat for cheap’. I went to Essayfraud.com verification page and didn’t find anything what they have verified for! In order to be verified by Essayfraud.org its ‘verified’ Essaytown.com should have:
…the consumer (who) intends to glean unique insights/viewpoints on a given topic, the consumer must properly cite that writer and/or that writer's employing Web site when writing his/her own paper. …Therefore, it is the completely honest consumer who can be accused of academic fraud because his/her cited sources are not genuine.
OK, well said as Essayfraud.org:
does not endorse/promote plagiarism or academic fraud by suggesting that the company's example writing, research, ideas, and/or sample papers may be submitted for academic credit, will receive good grades, enable students to pass a course, or unduly facilitate graduation. (qtd. from) http://www.essayfraud.org/members.html
I’d advise Essayfraud.com staff to be more careful and do not give out their ‘verification’ to just get the incoming links as their ‘notable’ verification goes next to (see their policy regarding ready-made custom essays and students’ grades above):
1. Make the grade! With our help and your determination, you can do it! (qtd. from http://www.philosophy-papers.com)
2. If you order a custom term paper and the writer does not adhere to your original specifications, we will immediately re-write the term paper to meet those specifications—guaranteed. (qtd. from http://www.termpaperwriting.net/1/guarantee.html)
3. Our diverse staff of over 150 contracted specialists (with master- and doctoral-level degrees in a vast range of academic disciplines) can research and write a term paper, book report, essay, or research paper on virtually any topic, from abortion to zoology.
(qtd. from http://www.essaytown.com/ )
4. If you can come into our office, bring in your text book and related readings as it will assist in producing a high-quality custom term paper.
http://www.cheaptermpapers.net/sell-our-papers.shtml
5. These services bait innocent consumers with low prices but one thing you can count on from them is a low-grade secondary products. (qtd. from http://www.thepaperexperts.com/customized.shtml)
So don’t buy cheap essays at from Pakistani/Ukrainian/Indian writers, buy here: cheat your college for more money, ‘don’t be fooled’!
Breaching your own policy means cheating yourself. If Essayfraud.org is OK with cheating itself, why would it be confused with cheating others?

successful cheating with Essaytown.com/Essayfraud.org
Do you know the purpose of Essayfraud.org? It encourages 'poor students' who failed to cheat on their term papers and essays to make claims and complaints on essay selling companies. http://www.essayfraud.org/forum/forums.html.
Many concerns are raised regarding Essayfraud.org fair intention which has not been clear fo many including wikipedia whose editors refused Essayfraud.com in giving links as the company which fights plagiarism.
Being so worried about students cheated by essay selling companies they do not say a word about the students themsleves cheating their universities. 'Figting plagiarism' surprisingly coincides with 'fighting competitors' which Russain-based (see this link) Essayfraud.com provides by add ing the list of essay selling companies which students must not refer to 'cheat their professors and tutors'.
Another interesting 'coincidence' in that Essayfraud.com does not allow a word by Essaytown.com 'poor customers' and has not listed this site as a 'fraud' anywhere! It'd be nonsense to list the website which 'supports Essayfraud.org' (see http://www.essaytown.com/ home page) for no reason: essay selling website is a partner of the company which bans essay selling websites... Very nice business!
By the way, neither Essayfraud.com nor Essaytown.com 'English native speakers' provide any contacts (phones, post mails), their 'contact us' form does not provide any 'English-native' origin either.
You may find below true reviews about poor service of Essaytown.com:
1. Independent opinion of Webmaster from Phillipines Note that they made him remove his initial review now you may find only this.
2. Rip Off Report Essaytown
3. Essaytown.com Scam
